Brian gets sick and soon he notices a huge wound on his neck. Soon he's talking to a shriveled up worm type creature who has an intense hunger for brains and produces a drug that he injects into Brian's brain. One notable death scene is Brian picking up a girl at a club, then she goes to give him head and the worm creature jumps into her mouth and eats her brains. A good black comedy horror movie.
