A group of 13 year old girls are kidnapped and raised on an island to become assassins. Two of the girls, Charlene and KATT, form a special friendship, and therefore are the protagonists.
Once it's established that all of the girls are friends they are forced to have a giant cage match to the death. The overseer, Madame M, shows mercy and picks the last three girls (KATT, Charlene and another girl) to become her head assassins.
They have a dinner in which Madame M has them drugged and raped to "take their bodies away from them" so they will be willing to have sex with a man before they kill him (which doesn't really come up in the movie much after this scene). While raping the girls two of the guys high five, which made me laugh for a while.
The girls finally done with their training and raping get to go on a mission. When one of the girls (I think Charlene) goes to break the guys back he is ready for her and a massive shootout breaks out. They, of course, come out on top.
Meanwhile, a bumbling FBI agent is following the case of the missing girls and goes to talk to Charlene's mother. They go to a political rally and Charlene shoots a guy and then sees her mom. They share glances, but are separated quickly.
Somewhere along the way the group of girls are dubbed "The China Dolls." The China Dolls must have killed the wrong person earlier because the partner of one of the dead guys leads them into a trap. He shoots Charlene with an aphrodisiac and kidnaps KATT. Charlene has sex with the bumbling cop after he nearly drowns her.
Charlene goes to save KATT, but when she gets there she's rigged up like a marionette. The guy kills her and Charlene and the guy have a huge fight. The fight is very unrealistic and stylish, and I mean that as a good thing.
This movie was surprisingly good, but in a trashy b-movie way. The only real problem I had with this movie was that there wasn't very much nudity when the name implies both sex and violence. Although, there are a few over the top fight scenes.

8/10

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
