A couple goes to Family Court and the judge is their gardian angel and shows them a series of vignettes of historical characters' romances and flashbacks of their relationship. The ridiculousness is really cranked up in this one. My favorite part is when the man dresses up like a clown so he can follow his girlfriend around and then confronts her at a funeral while balloons and confetti spray from his clothes. Not as much nudity as an average Troma movie, but a lot cuter and more heart.
