Toxie has to go to Japan to meet his father, while over there the evil Apocalypse Inc. is trying to take over Tromaville.
This movie is not a very good follow-up to the original Toxic Avenger, which is an 80s classic. It's pretty decent up until they get back from Japan, but then it just drags. The violence and sex seem dialed down compared to a usual Troma movie.
