A farewell party gets interrupted by a giant monster attacking New York. This movie is shot the same way as the Blair Witch Project. Mostly it revolves around a group of people from the party trying to rescue the girl he is in love with from her apartment.
I was shocked after I saw Blair Witch and people were talking about how it made them sick. I thought those people to be pussies. Well, I'm a pussy, too, because Cloverfield had me feeling queasy after 30 minutes. I enjoyed what I saw, but I mostly couldn't look at the screen.
