Demon Cop (1990)
Directed by Rocco Karega, Hal Miles & Fred Olen Ray

IMDB
A cop is wounded in a drive by shooting. He gets a blood transfusion, but the blood contains a virus that turns him into a demon. Thus, the movie's title.
The demon cop attacks gang members in retribution. The police are trying to figure out what's going on, slowly of course. That's about all there is to this turd of a movie.
The acting ranges from atrocious to passable. The film looks very low budget. They might have filmed some of it with a camcorder, but I wouldn't know for sure. Sometimes the scenes don't last long enough and they seem to fit together like a jigsaw puzzle ham-handedly put together by a frustrated, mentally retarded child.
The idea is sort of intriguing, playing mostly off of the Ryan White AIDS case, in which a young boy, Ryan White, contracted HIV from a blood transfusion. It could actually work if somebody remade this movie with capable actors, a good writer & director and production values.
Regardless of how awful it is, there is some entertainment value to it for me. I have definitely seen much worse.
