IMDB

It's been a while since I watched a movie that I truly hated. That all changed with Love and a .45.
Love and a .45 came out the same year as Natural Born Killers. This is amazing because it seems like such a blatant ripoff. It's about two young lovers (Gil Bellows and Renee Zellweger) who murder some cops (I guess in self defense) and then flee to Mexico.
Along the way they run into all kinds of awful cartoonish characters. It's all just so boring and Renee Zelweger's southern accent is pretty annoying. I just fucking didn't like this movie at all. I'll give it some points because the acting wasn't that bad and it had some decent production. Other than that it's a total ripoff story that's been done better. I just hate Tarantino ripoffs for the most part. Every once and a while a good one will come out.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
