Pineapple Express is about two stoners (a drug dealer and a process server) who get wrapped up in some trouble. When Seth Rogen witnesses a murder, he throws a joint of the most rare weed out of his car window before fleeing. That joint gets traced back to Seth Rogen and James Franco (his drug dealer).
I really enjoyed this movie immensely. At times I laughed so hard I had tears. James Franco is hilarious as the drug dealer. My only problem with this movie on my first viewing is that there wasn't as much action as I expected. There is a really good action scene at the end, though.
