IMDB

A very off the wall martial arts and wizardry movie. Tian Long Ba Bu begins with a man finding out his girlfriend is pregnant, but his fiance isn't happy so he leaves her to have the child on her own. We now go into the future.
His son hasn't learned martial arts yet, so as a sociological experiment he decides to see if a person with no martial arts training can make it in the world. He sets off on a journey and meets a girl with a bunch of snakes. They become friends. Then they get captured by a rival clan. The snake girl makes a deal and the boy gets to go free to seek the girl's friend.
He finds the girl's friend, who shoots darts or little spears out of a bone. They go back to where the snake girl is fuck up the clan with leg bone darts and a poison frog. They save the girl and she heads off on her own.
The girl with the bone and the son are now attacked by this crazy ass thing:
They get free when the son fights a giant red pyton and drinks its blood to gain powers! He instantly learns kung fu. The girl gets injured.
The girl is wearing a veil, and if anybody sees her face they either have to marry her or she kills them. The guy takes all of her clothes off except her veil and fixes her wounds. He sucks the poison out of her. Then he sees her face and she says they have to get married. They go to his parents' house. They find out girl and the son are actually brother and sister.
They the brother and sister leave. They are once again cornered by the claw dude, but also this fucking thing:They then have a crazy fight that involves those ridiculous guys, plus people shooting beams of light out of their fingers. What a crazy movie.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
