IMDB

Leito is imprisoned when he tries to capture a crime boss, Taha, of the dangerous, walled-off slum of B13. The police even hand over Leito's sister to Taha. When a bomb falls into the hands of the gang in B13, they get supercop Damien to break Leito out of jail to help him get to the bomb and disarm it.
Decent plot, great action, very stylized and short. This flick is definitely worth a shot if you like goofy action movies (a category on Netflix was created for me using their new category creation feature for "Goofy Foreign Action movies"). Nothing amazing, but very entertaining.

7.5/10

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
