A thief is mistaken for his kung fu master brother. The thief decives people with cheating and ultimately wins because cheaters always win.
This was pretty good. Sadly, I wasn't paying as much attention as I should. I watched all of the fight scenes and they were pretty strong. The title, Instant Kung Fu Man, is pretty outrageous. Oh, I rated this movie right after I watched it (3 days ago). So the ratings stands, although the review is awful.
