An undercover police officer infiltrates a street racing gang in order to nab their leader. He falls in love with his sister, which complicates things, and even befriends him.
As stupid as the movie it is, it is very funny and outrageous. I do not think it's supposed to be funny, but that didn't decrease my enjoyment of the flick. Total popcorn movie.
