Chris Rock interviews people about the products and work that goes into making black hair straight and/or "fabulous."
A funny and entertaining "documentary." It is really more of a reality movie than a doc. It is slightly informative, but Chris Rock keeps it very entertaining. The outlandishness of the hair cutting competition, the climax of the film, is a sight to behold. It will probably stick with you for a while.
I'd say see it if you like docs like American Movie or King of Kong.
