Wesley Snipes plays one of the baddest villains, Nino Brown, in this story of a drug dealers rise and fall. Mario Van Peebles, Ice T and Judd Nelson are the cops trying to bring him down. They even go as far as to enlist the help of a junkie, played by Chris Rock in a surprisingly good dramatic performance. An excellent crime movie and required viewing for hip hop fans.
