IMDB
Joe Piscopo and Treat Williams star as a pair of super cops (sort of), who are finding themselves against hard to kill thugs. The reason they are so hard to kill is because they are already dead.
When they go to the morgue to find out what's going on, they find themselves in a gun fight with the undead. Treat Williams ends up getting locked in a decompression room and dying, so they decide to bring him back, but the catch is that he will rapidly decompose.
Joe Piscopo's presence in this film is pretty grating and slows down the film a bit. The real problem with the film is that they try to mix too many genres at once. It's a buddy action cop horror comedy with minor romantic flashes. It never knows where to land. It's definitely not funny, that's for sure.
The movie I would have wanted to see is Treat Williams and Joe Piscopo fighting an army of undead thugs while making smartass comments and throwing out one-liners. Really, the movie I want to see is Bruce Campbell fighting legions of the undead while making smartass comments and one-liners, it's called Army of Darkness and it's way better than this fucking movie.
