When Sarah Marshall, the star of a shitty sexual orientated cop drama, dumps her boyfriend, Peter (Jason Segel), he decides to retreat to Hawaii. Unfortunately, he ends up in the same hotel as Sarah and her new rockstar boyfriend.
Peter spends his first few days really depressed, but then decides to try to date the girl at the front desk of the hotel (Mila Kunis) and is soon getting over Sarah Marshall. Oh, and he's writing a Dracula puppet musical.
This movie was extremely funny and the romantic storyline never gets overly dramatic or mushy. The Dracula puppet musical is fucking awesome. My personal favorite part is when Mila Kunis gets him to play a song from it in front of an unsuspecting bar audience. Also, if you're into that sort of thing, Jason Segel shows his dick a few times and Mila Kunis shows her boobs in a picture (which could be fake, but I'm not about to look up whether or not it is). This movie is another Judd Apatow produced successful hard R comedy. I'm all for hard R comedies making a big comeback.
