Stephen Chow stars as a spoiled rich kid. He's blown up when he goes on a date with a triad boss' girlfriend. He's rebuilt by a scientist from only his lips and brain. At first he gets his ass whipped a lot, but then the scientist randomly gives him a super chip, which makes him a superman. He can also change shape now.
This movie is completely bonkers. There's an extended Pulp Fiction homage that ends with Stephen Chow getting a syringe stabbed into his dick. At another point Chow turns into a really weird looking toilet, but almost gets shit on. I'm a huge fan of Chow. He's a great comedic/martial arts actor. This movie was very light on action, but it made up for it with lunacy.
