Jeff Speakman stars as Dutton Hatfield, a security officer for the US embassy. Ron Silver is Colonel Baron, who takes a Israeli biochemical laboratory hostage. Speakman finds a female doctor hiding in a bathroom with a container of "the most deadly chemical known to man." Together they take on the terrorists.
Deadly Outbreak has a similar plot to The Rock, but not even a fragment of the budget. Jeff Speakman is hilarious as the sarcastic hero, who has to be at his son's birthday party the next day. His one liners are so ridiculous and delivered so unenthusiastically that they end up being even funnier than intended. Ron Silver is great as the leader of the terrorists. I laughed out loud many times through this shitty movie and was thoroughly entertained.
