IMDB
A CIA agent (Walter Matthau) gets assigned to a desk job when he lets the head of KGB go. He is furious and decides to write a tell-all memoir about the mess ups of the CIA and other secret organizations. This leads to a worldwide chase.
Fun spy comedy. A few good laughs, some good acting and constant scenery changes. A very solid movie and Matthau is always great. Worth watching if you have nothing else to do. I think the version I watched on Netflix was censored. The poster says it's rated R, and all of the swearing was overdubbed.
7/10
