In the not too distant future, a man's sex robot malfunctions. He meets a tracker (Melanie Griffith) who is going to take him into Zone 7 to replace his sexbot. She doesn't like the idea of him banging a robot, instead she wants him to bang her. He is in love with his Cherry 2000 model fuckbot.
This movie has a very middling rating on IMDB, which is unfortunate, because it is a pretty good dystopian movie. The future setting is much more convincing than that of say Brazil or the Fifth Element. People just live in trailers and bang robots. It's not that far-fetched. The robot takes mini CD/DVD type discs for its memory rather than a floppy or hard disc like in a lot of these types of future movies, which is something that always bothers me. Pretty solid movie with some really good moments and a funny premise.
