Labels: ,

Directed by Todd Phillips
Written by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore
IMDB

When three friends wake up after a crazy bachelor party, they find their friend, the groom-to-be, missing. They begin to slowly piece their night back together in order to find their missing friend. Accidentally taking roofies thinking it was ecstasy makes it even harder.
After watching two other recent comedies people seemed to really love (I Love You, Man and Zombieland) but I didn't care much for I went into this movie cautiously. I ended up really liking this. It was actually funny. It's not just a string of gross out jokes, or any really. It's just a fun comedy that's pulled off pretty well. My only problem is the use of pop music, especially in the first half. It just doesn't fit. I assume it was only added so they could release a soundtrack and make some extra money, but it's annoying.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
