Team America is a group of crime fighters that blow shit up the American way, leaving many landmarks in rubble. When one of the their team is killed on a mission, they replace him with a great actor.
The plot really doesn't matter. This is an offensive and funny movie made with marionettes. The sets are awesome and this film should have won an Oscar for design. The movie is a satire of terrorist-driven action movies, and it does a pretty good job of poking fun. The songs are funny, the sets are cool and the puppet sex is pretty disturbing.
This is not going to be everybody's cup of tea, but if you like South Park I don't see why you wouldn't like this. furthermore, you could probably like this movie even if you didn't like South Park, but it's much less likely.
