IMDB

In a dystopian world where no baby has been born for 18 years, a man's (Clive Owen) world is turned upside-down when his ex-wife comes back to get his help. She has found a woman who is pregnant and needs some papers. This sets off a huge chase between Clive Owen, the pregnant woman and the police/military.
This is a solid action/thriller. I was led to believe that there was going to be more action than there was, but I enjoyed it regardless. I have a feeling that I would enjoy it more if I watched it a second time, which I'm not sure if I will.
After watching many war movies lately, I see the influence in this one. While it's not really a war movie, the backdrop is a world set in perpetual war and uprisings.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
