A vietnam vet/surfer dude Mike Danton is abducted and hunted by a military group. He very handily destroys the entire militia.
I wish I would have done a review of this closer to when I actually watched it. It's a very dumb bad movie, but making fun of it while drinking is a good time. Poorly directed, but not outrageously bad. Danton is a great action movie name and a goofy surfer dude who is a one man army.
