Nicolas Cage can see into the future. He uses this ability to do a Las Vegas magic show and find nuclear bombs. He hooks up with Jessica Biel and they do a lot of boring stuff like go to the Grand Canyon and have sexual intercourse. Then halfway through the film, after they have sex, he begins to "see things" (although we don't know this until the end). He sees the rest of the movie unfold, but get this, at the end, after everything goes badly, he is back in the bedroom and none of it happens. So basically, the twist ending is that the movie is only halfway over when it ends.
This flick was so bad and lame. I have nothing against any of the actors in this film, in fact, I like Julianne Moore and Nicolas Cage. They are terrible in this. The special effects are terrible. The gimmick where he sees in the future is incredibly stupid, especially the way it is pulled off. The ending is one of the worst endings to a film. This movie is just garbage.
