A surrealist movie with no true discernalbe plot. We see Jack (Sean Penn) as a grown up reflecting back on his life and his increasingly troubled relationship with his father.
A dream-like movie if there ever was one, especially the first 30 minutes. This is easily one of the most visually stunning films I have ever viewed. The acting is amazing, especially Jessica Chastain. An absolute must-see film. A masterpiece of modern film-making.
