Zong heng si hai (1991)
Directed by John Woo
Written by John Woo, Janet Chun and Clifton Ko
AKA: Once a Thief
IMDB
Three art thiefs, who share an adopted father, steal an expensive painting. It leaves one of them shot and one presumably left for dead. Years later, the supposedly dead one shows up in a wheelchair and helps the other two steal a $5 million painting for their "father."
I was expecting some big time gun fights and I wasn't completely disappointed. There was a pretty solid one at the end of this film and an awesome swerve. Not the best John Woo action movie, but still very good. There a little comedy, a little action and some thrills. Not a bad way to spend a couple hours.
7.5/10
