Jean-Dominique Bauby, the editor of Elle Magazine, has had a stroke which has left him paralyzed. He writes a book, which this movie is based upon, completely by communicating with a translator via blinking.
A very interesting and remarkable film. Much of it is shot through the point-of-view of Bauby’s one working eye.
