Let me preface this review by telling you that I watched this movie a few days ago and didn't take any notes in which to refer. Furthermore, I was drunk; not wasted, just drunk.
Traxx stars the voice of Hollywood Squares, Shadoe Stevens as a war veteran returned to America to clean up the streets. The way I remember much of the movie is like a montage of him cleaning out various whore houses and beating up pimps. I guess sex and not violence is the problem in the fictional world of Traxx.
Their is not too much of a plot besides Traxx cleaning up the streets. The last 15-20 minutes have kind of a kidnapping plot, I think. Either way, the real reason to watch this movie is Shadoe Stevens acting corny and the scene where Traxx and this woman have sex in a library and cards are flying out of the card catalog.
I hope to one day replace this awful review with a good one, because this movie is just too ridiculous to have such a shitty review.
10/10 on the hilariously entertaining bad movie scale.
