Bridget Fonda plays a cop killing, ravioli and Nina Simone loving assassin. After she kills that cop, she is fake lethal injected and turned into a government assassin. Once she's trained and released into the outside world, she instantly starts dating a photographer. For some reason she's surprised when she's called on to do hits.
This movie was okay, at best. It was tolerable, but the end was very unsatisfying. This is a remake of La Femme Nikita, which I've never seen. Maybe I will some day.
End of Days' Gabriel Byrne also stars as the man (The Man) who is responsible for Bridget Fonda being turned into an assassin.
