IMDB

This is the sequel to the Fugitive, the semi-classic starring Harrison Ford. This time we take a focus on the popular character Tommy Lee Jones played, Chief Deputy Marshall Samuel Gerard.
Wesley Snipes this time assumes the role of the fugitive. A man who has been convicted of killing two federal agents. Perhaps wrongly accused?
Jones is joined by Robert Downey, Jr. Downey adds some good acting to the mix, as well as does Jones, and to a lesser degree Snipes.
Not a bad movie. Not a good sequel to the Fugitive, but at the same time, it's a wholly different film. It's a bit long. I thought it was over at 90min. in, but there was still 33 minutes left and I almost fainted. Luckily, the last 30 minutes are the best.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
