IMDB

Laura is found murdered in her apartment. A gritty, old school baseball game (the kind with the little metal balls you try to get to fit into tiny grooves where the bases would be) playing detective is trying to find her killer. He teams up with Waldo Lydecker (great name), a writer who often pens murder stories. Waldo's favorite crime is murder, in fact. Waldo and the detective interview the suspects and try to put the pieces together.
A good little Film Noir. I like a good detective story every now and again. I didn't love this flick, though. It was pretty good, but I had a hard time staying awake while watching. Regardless, the end is really great.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
