IMDB

Katherine Hepburn is a newspaper columnist and socialite that badmouths baseball on the radio. Spencer Tracy is a sports columnist at the same paper. Their boss ends their feud and Tracy invites Hepburn to a baseball game, which she accepts. Soon they are married. Spencer Tracy realizes that they're too different of people and leaves her. Hepburn tries hard to reconcile with him.
This movie is good, but the acting raises it up a little. Katherine Hepburn is great and sexy as the overly active socialite and Spencer Tracy is good as the sports loving 'everyman'. They're a good odd couple combination that just can't seem to get on the same page in their marriage.
Some of the movie is outdated, such as Tracy demanding that Hepburn quit her job. Also, Spencer Tracy returns an orphan to an orphanage. Plus it ends with a guy getting a champagne bottle broken over his head. Worth watching, but there's movies more worth watching.

7.5/10

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
