IMDB

Usually when you see that a film was directed by two people you can tell that something probably went wrong during production. At least that's what I assume.
Sam Hell is captured by the government and forced to become their sexual soldier. If he moves away from the female doctor, his electronic jock strap will blows his package to smithereens.
They venture into Frogtown, which is full of actual frog people. Sam Hell fights them and wins.
I got about as bored writing about this movie as I did when I was watching it. I heard a lot of good things about this from a lot of, I suppose, untrustworthy people. This movie was pretty awful. It had some good ideas and the frog people looked pretty cool, but overall it was pretty much a disaster.

Rating Scale Explanation

The rating scale is simple. 1 is the worst 10 is the best and 5 is mediocre. 5.5 or greater is a movie that I at least find enjoyable. You could also think of 5 as a zero and 1 as a negative 5. I feel like that sounds even more convoluted.
