Written by Kurt Eichenwald
IMDB
Mark Whitacre (Matt Damon) is a biochemist brought over to the business side of the company for which he works. He gets fed up with his company's attempt to fix prices and decides to inform on them for the FBI. Things are never quite what they seem as the layers peel away.
This was a fine movie. It's not quite as funny as I was expecting, but I don't regret watching it. Matt Damon was particularly good as the perpetual liar, Mark Whitacre.
This movie was based on a true story, which I can definitely believe. Corporations are up to some serious shit and they mostly get away with it. Robocop is another movie about corporate greed. Good idea for a double feature, don't you think?
