A college kid whose parents are having money trouble gets a job working at Adventureland, a local amusement park, in order to get some money so he can attend Columbia University. There he meets a girl who he falls in love with, but she is sleeping with a married musician.
Eh, it was an okay film. Nothing spectacular. It has a good cast, minus Kristen Stewart (who was actually okay here, but generally is not) and Ryan Reynolds. It has that slick indie movie vibe like a Noah Baumbach or Wes Anderson movie. Not my thing, really. A little bit of melodrama and not enough comedy.
