Screwball comedy starring John Cusack and Demi Moore. Cusack and several of his friends take on some rich kids to save Demi Moore's family's property. They have a boat race.
This movie has a lot of actors you may have heard of: Curtis Armstrong (Booger), Bobcat Golthwait, Rich Hall (inventor of the sniglet), Taylor Negron, Joe Flaherty, Jeremy Piven and Rich Little. Even with such "star" power this movie falls a little flat at times. Yet it maintains a certain charm, probably mostly thanks to Cusack.
Not a bad movie, it definitely has a few laughs. As far as 80s getting a piece of property back from rich snobs movies go, this is pretty good. Although, those movies are usually pretty awful and involve skiing, luckily this one didn't.
